Swim Lessons Instructors

Swim community - exciting things are happening at NOVA. Our lessons program continues to grow, and with more parents looking to teach their kids how to swim and be safe around the water, we are looking to expand our team of instructors.

We are interested in connecting with people who:

- enjoy working with kids

- have a swimming background

- might be interested in meaningful part-time work

We think this could be a great fit for former swimmers, college students, teachers, or anyone who wants to stay connected to the sport in a positive way!

As our program grows, so does our opportunity to make a real impact helping kids build confidence, skills, and water safety habits that last a lifetime.

Our swim lessons program continues to expand as more families prioritize water safety and skill development. We are currently looking to add part-time and full-time instructors to our team.

Have a swimming background

Want to stay connected to the sport in a positive, impactful way
Requirements for the position are as follows:

-Competitive swimming background (knowledge of all 4 competitive swimming strokes)

-Must be able to swim in 4'6"-6'7" depth for at least 1.5 hours at a time

-Pass a background check

-Reliable transportation

-Passion for working with children and teaching swimming to youth

-Positive attitude

-Dependable, reliable work ethic
